On occasion we receive queries about older or out-of-print books that we do not have, but which are often available online in digital format. Here are some resources to help you locate such books.
Project Gutenberg provides digital access to books that are out of copyright in the US. The books are free and can be downloaded in a variety of formats.
The Internet Archive provides access to a range of books, documents, and video and audio files. Some material is permanently accessible, and other items require the user to sign up for a free account to access the material.
